Shipping and Delivery

When will I get my BackAware Belt?
As we are relatively new it is difficult for us to keep stock in place. Therefore, sometimes when you order we need to make up the belts and then ship them to you. This means it can take a few weeks before your order will be delivered to you. Don’t worry, while the first month’s payment gets taken initially, we track when you receive your BackAware Belt so your membership only starts when you receive your belt.
How does shipping and delivery work?

You’ve made an order, honestly I am delighted you have taken such a proactive step! I really think you are going to love the BackAware Belt.

Once an order is placed, we take your specific BackAware Belt and pack it up with love and attention. It can take up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. All orders are sent when all items are ready in full – this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time.

WE send the BackAware Belt via An Post in Ireland and UPS internationally. Generally delivery takes approximately 2-8 business days once we have shipped**.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can track your order.

Although we require a signature on delivery, due to current COVID-19 limitations this is at the discretion of the Australia Post’s delivery driver and they may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.

*Please note: We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery – if you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.

**Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. If you order when we have no stock then it will take us a few weeks to get the Belt to you.

How much do I pay for shipping?
In Ireland we include the shipping cost in your purchase. For international we cap delivery costs at €20 maximum. If it is less than this we will refund you this amount but generally with UPS it has been between €34 and €40 to ship.
When will my order arrive?
Generally it takes 2-8 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. If we have stock on hand we try to get it out to you within 24 hours but it can take as long as 72 hours. We will send you an email and tracking information when we have shipped your product.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This will have a tracking number attached.

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation yet? We may be making up the order for you. IN this case unfortunately it will be a few weeks but I promise you its worth the wait!

Product Questions

How do I make sure I order the right size?
The BackAware Belt is an elastic belt so one size nearly fits all.

We will email you before we ship your belt to make sure it is accurate but generally there are two sizes. One Belt suits XS,S,M, L and one for XL and up.

What type of Workouts Can I do with the BackAware Belt?
The BackAware Belt is included free with your membership. Click here to learn more about the programs included:

In this membership you will have access to Back and Sports Pilates, Gym and HIIT classes.

You can use the BackAware Belt for any workout you choose however where you want to consider your form.

How do I use the BackAware Belt?
You will need to download the App for Android or IOS.

We will send you videos about how to set up your Belt and in the box there will be instructions also.

My BackAware App won't work?
You have to make sure the location and bluetooth is turned on for the signal to be picked up.

If it still doesn’t work when you do this. Close the App and restart it.

Can children use the BackAware Belt
The BackAware Belt is a tool to give you awareness about your back position. While we haven’t made the belt children’s size it would fit a teenager and would help them learn good technique for different exercises.

Please use professional advice and discretion if your child is ready for certain activities but if they are the BackAware Belt can make sure they learn how to do it correctly.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the Returns Policy?
Our Returns policy is simple. If you don’t like the BackAware Belt in the first 30 days just return it and we can give you a refund. No questions asked!
Can I update my order?
As long as the order hasn’t shipped we can update the order. That includes changing the size, address etc.
How long does it take for my refund/exchange to be processed?
We are working hard behind the scenes to get the BackAware Belts in and our of fulfilment centres. We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab the receipt form the courier then we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead with the refund or exchange.
I need to cancel or change my order!
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it hasn’t already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner we can cancel and give a refund or change no problem. If you have already got a shipping notification then you will need to go through the returns process.
How secure is your payment?
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Stripe Payments, which is the world leader for vias, mastercard and other credit card payments.

You can also pay through Apple or Google Pay.

How do I provide private feedback?
We are a new company so any feedback you have we would love to get it. If there is something wrong just email and we will try fix it.
