Niall Mc Loughlin
First time to do pilates and this is a brilliant beginner’s programme. Really enjoyed it and found big improvement in strength and mobility of my hips and back. Have had lower back trouble and shoulder trouble last few years but the Back Pilates has really freed me out. My back is pain free now. Would highly recommend these classes and love the way every class is different.

I am a cyclist that has a sedendary job and I have also undergone 2 spinal surgeries over the last 10 years, all of these have taken toll on my body and lately I found despite fitness, niggles were starting to appear. I just finished a 7 week block of Eoin's sports pilates, I found the sessions excellent and exactly what my training was missing. The classes have made me aware of my weaknesses, hips and glutes...

Eoin's pilates classes are a real game changer! If you want to strengthen your glutes, abs and core whilst improving your flexibility strength and mobility these classes are for you. Like many people, I have lower back pain and from the beginning Eoin made me realise that I could help myself by combining physio sessions with pilates and a good morning routine. I can honestly say that my overall back health has improved incredibly. The pilates classes are challenging, versatile and enjoyable...
